Welcome to the kitchen and get ready to savor the delicious flavors of Apple and Brie Pizza. A fusion of sweet and savory, this recipe has it all. For a different flavor experience, try substituting pears for apples, or swapping out the brie for smoked gouda or pepper jack. However you choose to make it, this pizza is sure to tantalize the taste buds!

1 pre-made pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small apple, cored and thinly sliced
6 ounces brie, cut into small cubes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons honey

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (200°C).

2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to desired shape and size.

3. Wrap the pizza dough around a lightly oiled baking sheet or baking stone.

4. Brush the top of the pizza dough with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

5. Arrange the apple slices and brie cubes across the dough.

6. Sprinkle with the cayenne pepper, oregano and pinch of sea salt.

7. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Drizzle with the honey and serve.

Cooking Tip & Hack:

To create the perfect crust and ensure the ingredients stay put, place the pizza onto the pre-heated baking stone before adding anything to the crust. This will ensure an evenly cooked and crispy result.

Serving Suggestions & Tips:

This dish can be served hot or cold, as a main dish or served alongside salads and sides. For an extra kick of flavor, add a dollop of honey mustard, a sprinkle of freshly chopped herbs or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
